An excellent Lounge Pant!

I love this pattern! I’ve made two pairs so far; both as loungewear / PJs as part of a set combined with the Linden Sweatshirt. These pants are incredibly comfortable; ideal for sleepwear, loungewear, tracksuit-style bottoms are everyday easy-wear pants. They are an easy sew; suitable for beginners and are a great introduction to sewing pants generally.

The only thing I did differently from the pattern instructions was to add some stay tape to the pocket detail seam to prevent the pocket stretching out over time. I have also not topstitched the waistband – although I love the way it looks – as my weight fluctuates such a lot, I need the option to adjust the elastic at a later stage if necessary!

I can see myself making quite a few more pairs of these; probably at least a third set for PJs and then perhaps a couple more in ‘outdoor’ or technical fabric for wearing whilst running errands.
