A fantastic wardrobe staple

I think everyone needs a great pencil skirt in their wardrobe, and this one is definitely the (woven) one for me! The pattern taught me some new techniques that I was unfamiliar with that made the skirt look super professional, like a lining, vent, and lapped zipper (I love a pattern that includes the pattern and instructions for a lining!). I did lengthen my Selene 3″ just so it would get to my knees and also had to grade up a size to account for my wide hips. This is a great pattern and I’d love to make it again!
