Cleo Pinafore & Dungaree Dress

This popular pattern was released Autumn 2016 and was an instant hit.

Being Tilly & The Buttons I cannot recommend the paper pattern strongly enough. With the strong white paper pattern and lovely colour step by step instructions.

There are 2 versions, short and knee length with a front pleat. I think short is by far the most popular and it is what I went for in the end despite first cutting the longer version. You also have 5 pocket place options.

It is an easy make with easy fitting, the pattern pieces go together well. I avoided what I think would have been the biggest challenge in this pattern by not doing contrast top stitching.

My biggest difficulty during this make was working with corduroy (my first time) I think my cutting out ended up taking about the same amount of time as the rest of the make.
