Buy the Zephir Blouse and Dress sewing pattern from Atelier Scämmit. Zephir is a v-neck blouse or dress with a delicately full skirt. The bodice is lined for a perfect finish. The long or 7/8 sleeves can be finished with a simple hem or a tear-resistant slit, cuff and flounce.
