Buy the La Paz Jacket sewing pattern from Itch to Stitch. Designed to be sewn in a structured knit fabric, the La Paz Jacket is comfortable yet chic. It features an on-trend two-button front closure, front and back princess seams, two-piece sleeves, and double-welt pockets with flaps. The unlined bodice can be finished with optional Hong Kong seams. There is a back stay for durability, and a back vent for wearing comfort. The pattern includes options for A, B, C, D and DD cups for a great fit.

– PDF pattern + Printed A0 copy shop (We print out the A0 pattern sheets, but you’ll need to download the digital instructions, as we don’t print these. The PDF files will be emailed immediately after purchase, and the A0 pattern sheets will be dispatched next working day). Choose A, B, C, D or DD cup size. What is Copy Shop?

Suggested fabrics: Primary fabric: Light- to medium-weight, very structured knit fabric, such as ponte, interlock and other double knit fabrics (ideally with spandex content) // Lining (for pocket bags and back stay): Lightweight woven fabric, such as batiste, lawn and lining fabric.

Fabric requirements: 135 cm (54”) wide fabric: 2.1 – 2.2 m (2 1/2 yd) // Lining (111 cm (44”) wide): 0.4 m (1/2 yd).

Sizing: US 00 – 20 (approx. UK 8 – 22). Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

A note from the designer about bust cup options: You can use the cup size you typically wear.

Notions: 1.3 – 1.4 m (1 3/8 – 1 1/2 yd) of 50 cm (20”) wide lightweight knit or tricot interfacing; 0.2 m (1/4 yd) of 50 cm (20”) wide very lightweight woven fusible interfacing.

PDF pattern includes: Digital pattern compatible with both US letter and A4 paper sizes; A0 (copy shop) file; step-by-step illustrated instructions. The print-at-home pattern is a layered PDF, so you can select your size before printing.
