Buy the S9653 Women/Child Dresses sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner/intermediate dressmaker. Cottage core’ prairie dress has front buttoned placket, stand collar, ruffles inserted into front and back princess seams, back tie ends, and three-quarter length puffed tapered sleeves finished with ruffles. Full skirt gathers from waistline seam to mid-calf length with lower ruffle.
