Buy the Simplicity S8999 child/teen hooded jacket pattern, it’s perfect for an advanced beginner dressmaker. Children’s and Girls’ Hooded Jackets. Blouson-style with front zipper fastening and elasticated hem. Sleeves have elasticated cuffs. Designed and sized for stretch knits only. Can be constructed using an overlocker/serger.
