Buy the S9646 Button Down Top sewing pattern from Simplicity. It’s perfect for an advanced beginner/intermediate dressmaker. Button down top has collar and sleeve variations. Views A and B have balloon sleeves with elastic on cuffs. View A has round collar and optional waist darts for top. Views B and C have pointed collars. View C is short sleeve.

Sizing: K5 (8-10-12-14-16) Y5 (18-20-22-24-26) which is approx. UK sizes K5 (6-12), Y5 (14-24). based on our standardised size chart. Please also check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Thread. A,B: Seven 1/2″ (1.3cm) buttons, 3/4 yd. (0.7m) of 3/8″ (1cm) elastic. C: Six 1/2″ (1.3cm) buttons.
