Buy the Men’s Indigo Boxer Briefs sewing pattern from Sew Projects. Indigo is a stretchy boxer brief designed for the male body. The shaping of the seams and the stretch fabric create a comfortable fit that can be worn for everyday activities as well as exercising. The panelled design not only follows the curves of the body but also allows for fun colour blocking! The Indigo Boxer Briefs are designed to sit between the natural waist and hip bone.

Suggested fabrics: 

Main: Choose a light to medium weight stretch fabric such as jersey with stretch. Organic cotton jersey is a great option. You could also use a bamboo jersey which is really soft and comfortable or even a nylon/poly lycra jersey if the boxers are intended for sports/exercise wear. The recommended stretch is 50% (main stretch).

Gusset liner: Cotton jersey.

Fabric requirements: 

Main: 150 cm wide fabric: 0.6 – 0.75 m.

Gusset liner: Any width: 0.2 m.

Sizing: 1 – 9 / Men’s 28 – 44. Please check the size chart.

Notions: 1.1 m of 3 cm wide elastic for waist.

PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step instructions with photos; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (11 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (1 sheet).
