Buy the Sara Top sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. The Sara Top is ideal for a hot day on the beach or a balmy summer’s evening. This straight top has elastic at the top creating a playful ruffled effect. There are also two shoulder ribbons that can be tied into a bow. You can easily lengthen the top to create a dress.

Suggested fabrics: You can use all kinds of fabric for Sara. You can select a supple flowing or somewhat stiffer fabric: linen, cotton, (viscose) crêpe or chiffon.

Fabric requirements: 140 cm wide fabric: Top, 105 – 125 cm // Short dress, 145 – 195 cm // Long dress, 180 – 255 cm.

Sizing: XS – XXXL (approx. UK 6 – 28/30). Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Thread; 2 cm wide elastic, 77 – 135 cm; ribbon or cord, 2 x approx. 42 – 49 cm.

PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step illustrated instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (15 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (1 sheet).

Note: Seam allowances are included in this pattern. The copy shop file we print for you shows the cutting lines only (not cutting lines and stitching lines) to make it easier to know what size to cut out.
