Buy the Nasima Jumpsuit sewing pattern from Sew Over It. Nasima is an easy to fit, jersey jumpsuit. It has grown-on sleeves with short cuffs, a gentle V-neck and button-front bodice. The bodice has a loose, comfy fit. The waist is gathered in by elastic, and the trousers are full length. Nasima is perfect for spring and summer weekends.

This pattern also has lots of hacking potential. Try making Nasima as a playsuit or with narrower cropped legs. Some simple styling tricks will transform Nasima as well. Why not pair it with a headscarf for more of a vintage vibe, or with heeled sandals for a smart evening look?

Suggested fabrics: Light to medium weight knit fabrics with some drape, such as cotton jersey, bamboo, viscose, cotton/elastane and cotton/polyester/spandex jersey blends.

Fabric requirements:

Sizes 6 – 20

115 cm wide fabric: 3.0 – 3.7 m // 140 cm wide fabric: 2.0 – 3.2 m.

Sizes 18 – 30

115 cm wide fabric (sizes 18 – 22 only): 3.8 m // 140 cm wide fabric: 3.7 – 3.8 m.

Sizing: UK 6 – 20 and UK 18 – 30 (approx. UK 6 – 20 and UK 20 – 32, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size charts and finished garment measurements.

This pattern is split into two different blocks. The 6 – 20 size range is drafted for a B cup. The 18 – 30 size range is drafted for a D cup.

Notions: Bias seam tape interfacing; 10 cm (width) x 30 cm (height) of knit interfacing; a small press stud; 1 m (sizes 6-20) or 1.5 m (sizes 18-30) of 10 mm wide elastic; five 8 mm or four 15 mm buttons.
