Buy the Children’s Mini Virginia Leggings sewing pattern from Megan Nielsen. The ultimate pair of basic leggings, the Mini Virginia Leggings sit below the natural waist and feature two lengths, two waistbands, optional cuffs and four knee patch options. They have an elasticated waist.
Version 1 is a legging with knee patches. Version 2 is a legging with cuffs and separate waistband. Version 3 is a shortie for layering under skirts and dresses.
