Buy the Lisa Bias Skirt sewing pattern from Pattern Union. The midi-length Lisa Bias Skirt is a game-changer in bias sewing and fitting! There are no side seams, so the skirt won’t wave over the hips, creating a flattering drape for all body shapes. There are four versions: basic, basic with splits, single side button, and double button vents. The skirt can be made in most fabrics, including knits, to change the vibe and style.

Suggested fabrics: Linen, wool, tweed, satin, rayon, ponte, knits // Fabric choice will affect the drape of the skirt: firmer fabrics will look more A-line, softer fabrics will drop making a closer fit.

Fabric requirements: 150 cm (60″) wide fabric: 1.9 – 2.5 m (2 – 2.8 yd) // If your fabric has a nap or a directional print, you may need extra material.

Sizing: 6 – 26. Please check the size chart.

Notions: Thread; waistband elastic to fit waist – choose according to style: 2 cm (3/4″) wide scalloped OR 4 cm (1 1/2″) wide plush underwear OR 2 cm (3/4″) wide regular elastic for the concealed waistband // C: 1 cm (3/8″) buttons, 10 – 14 (depending on size) // D: 1 cm (3/8″) buttons, 22 – 28 (depending on size).

PDF pattern includes: Instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern; A0 copy shop file. This pattern has layers, so you can print only the size(s) you need. There is also a handy envelope design to assist with storage and reference.
