Buy the French Gypsy Dress sewing pattern from Sew La Di Da Vintage. Ooh la la! French Gypsy is a 1950s inspired dress featuring a gathered bust, elastic on- or off-the-shoulder neckline, nipped-in raised waist and flattering full skirt. The clever pleated bust both enhances smaller busts and flatters larger ones, with the ruched shoulder detail providing a pleasing balance. The panels that make up Gypsy offer a number of tantalising options for customisation and embellishment, and the wide skirt is the perfect canvas for a contrasting fabric or embroidery.

Please note: The French Gypsy Dress was originally designed with a full skirt, and the pattern you will receive only includes the full skirt. The straight skirt in the images is a free add-on which can only be downloaded directly from the designer’s website. Note you must already own the French Gypsy Dress pattern to use the free add-on.
