Buy the 145 Unisex Chinese Pajamas sewing pattern from Folkwear. The casual comfort and simple elegance of this jacket and pants set will make it your favourite at-home wear in super-soft cotton or the perfect evening outfit in silk and brocade. The fully lined mid-thigh jacket features a stand-up collar, inside and outside pockets, button-loop frog front closures, and extra-long set-in sleeves that roll back to expose a colourful or decorative lining. The loose-fitting pants have a drawstring waist and cuff bands that can be made of the same fabric or a complementary decorative fabric.

Suggested fabrics: Soft and fluid silks, synthetics, cottons, silk velvet. For a more structured look, cotton, lightweight denim or corduroy, medium-weight silk, lightweight wool. Jacket lining shows when cuff is rolled back.

Jacket lining: 45″ (115 cm) wide fabric: 2 3/4 – 3 1/2 yd (2.6 – 3.2 m) // 60″ (150 cm) wide fabric: 2 3/8 – 2 5/8 yd (2.2 – 2.4 m).

Pants with cuff: 45″ (115 cm) or 60″ (150 cm) wide fabric: 3 1/4 – 3 1/2 yd (3 – 3.2 m).

Pants: 45″ (115 cm) or 60″ (150 cm) wide fabric: 2 3/4 – 3 yd (2.6 – 2.7 m).

Cuff/contrast: 45″ (115 cm) or 60″ (150 cm) wide fabric: 3/4 yd (0.7 m).

Sizing: Women’s XS – XL and Men’s M – 2XL (approx. UK 4/6 – 24/26, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart.

Note: Women who need sizes larger than Women’s XL can use the Men’s XL or 2XL cutting lines. Men who need sizes smaller than Men’s M can use the Women’s XS-M cutting lines.
