Buy the Fisherman’s Smock sewing pattern from Sew Different. The Fisherman’s Smock is a loose fitting top that pulls on over your head. It has inset sleeves and a little stand up collar – Jackie Onassis style! There is a gathered yoke at the front above the bust and generous external pockets (either two or three – you choose!).

Suggested fabrics: Suitable for most medium weight fabrics such as denim, heavy cottons, linen, soft corduroy and lightweight wools. Note the reverse side of the fabric will show in some places – consider this when choosing your fabric.

Fabric requirements: 

150 cm (60″) wide fabric: Sizes 8 – 14, 1.7 m (2 yd) // Sizes 16 – 26, 2.5 m (3 yd).

112 cm (45″) wide fabric: All sizes, 3.25 m (3.5 yd).

Sizing: UK 8 – 26. Please check the finished garment measurements.
