Buy the Zarah Top sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. Those gorgeous statement puffed sleeves with handsome long cuffs are sure to turn heads. The designer recommends making this top short and sassy. But if that’s not your thing, just make it longer. The generous pleat at the back gives Zarah a lovely, roomy feel. And the jewel neckline and concealed placket finish it off perfectly.

Suggested fabrics: The Zarah Top works well in all kinds of fabric. One thing is clear though – its statement sleeves call for a stiffer fabric, such as poplin, silk taffeta, nylon, leather(ette), cotton twill, organza, oilskin. If you prefer a top that is less voluminous, select a fabric with a more fluid drape like cotton voile, double gauze, or viscose (crepe).

Fabric requirements: 110 cm wide fabric: 190 – 305 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 145 – 265 cm.

Sizing: EU 32 – 60 / US 0 – 28 / UK 4 – 32 (approx. UK 6 – 28/30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and pattern measurements.

Notions: Thread; iron-on interfacing, max. 65 cm; buttons, 1.1 cm diameter, 14 for sizes 4-22 or 15 for sizes 24-32.
