Buy the Blanca Trousers sewing pattern from Fibre Mood. No two people have the same body shape, we know that – so sewing your own trousers that fit like a glove is a treat! These trousers have it all: a high, buckled waist, zip, pleats, and practical pockets in the side seams. The Blanca Trousers are ankle length, but the right length for you is whatever you want it to be.

Suggested fabrics: The following fabric options (with or without stretch) are perfect for Blanca: corduroy, velvet, leather(ette), gabardine, denim, cotton twill, woven jacquard. Steer clear of light, flimsy or drapey fabrics and select a fabric that is stiff/heavy enough instead.

Fabric requirements: 110 cm wide fabric: 210 – 305 cm // 140 cm wide fabric: 155 – 265 cm.

Sizing: EU 32 – 60 / US 0 – 28 / UK 4 – 32 (approx. UK 6 – 28/30, based on our standardised size chart). Please also check the designer’s size chart and pattern measurements.

Notions: Thread; iron-on interfacing, max. 45 cm; 1 snap, 1.5 cm diameter; 1 buckle, 4 cm; 5 eyelets, 4 mm diameter; double-sided tape (optional); closed-end zip, 15 cm for sizes 4-16 or 18 cm for sizes 18-32.

PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step illustrated instructions; A4/US letter print-at-home pattern (33 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (2 sheets); projector pattern.

Note: Seam allowances are included in this pattern. The copy shop file we print for you shows the cutting lines only (not cutting lines and stitching lines) to make it easier to know what size to cut out.
