Buy the Eclipse Shell Blouse sewing pattern from The Pattern Cutters. Eclipse is a short sleeve, easy wearing blouse that’s modest yet stylish. It has a small button opening on the back neck and inverted pleats on the front neck. The loose fit allows you to tuck it in at the waist and blouse it, or wear it out. Suitable to wear under a suit jacket or knitwear, or you can wear it alone.

Suggested fabrics: Drapey lightweight fabrics that are soft. Polyester, viscose, lightweight cotton lawn or silk. Suitable for woven or jersey fabrics. For two way prints only if using a printed fabric.

Fabric requirements: 112 cm (44″) wide fabric: 2.5 m (2.7 yd) // 150 cm (59″) wide fabric: 1.3 – 1.7 m (1.5 – 1.9 yd).

Sizing: UK 8 – 24. Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: 30 cm of 90 cm wide lightweight fusible interfacing; one button for back neck.
