Suggested fabrics: Light woven or knit fabric of your choice. Linen and double gauze are great options.
Fabric requirements: Yardage includes binding strips and optional snap crotch extension.
45″ wide fabric – with sleeves: 1/2 yd for preemie // 3/4 yd for NB to 3-6M // 1 yd for 6-12M // 1 1/4 yd for 12-18M to 2-3T // 1 1/2 yd for 3-4T to 5-6T.
45″ wide fabric – sleeveless: 1/2 yd for preemie // 3/4 yd for NB to 12-18M // 1 yd for 18-24M to 3-4T // 1 1/4 yd for 4-5T // 1 1/2 yd for 5-6T.
60″ wide fabric: 1/2 yd for preemie // 3/4 yd for NB to 12-18M // 1 yd for 18-24M to 4-5T // 1 1/4 yd for 5-6T.
Sizing: Preemie to 5-6T. Please check the size chart.
Notions: 1/4″ wide elastic, 12″ – 24″ (depending on size); 4 or 5 buttons or snaps for the henley placket; snaps (size 16 or 20) and iron-on interfacing for the optional snap crotch.
PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step instructions with clear photo illustrations; US letter/A4 print-at-home pattern (14 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (1 sheet).
