There are long and short options, and the choice of a kanga pouch pocket or semicircle pockets. Choose between semi-lined or fully lined/reversible. A snap crotch can be added to all sizes.

Suggested fabrics:

Main fabric: Medium weight 2-way or 4-way stretch knit fabric such as cotton/Lycra french terry, sweatshirt fleece, etc. 10% – 50% stretch is ideal, and more is fine. Cotton/Lycra jersey can also be used and is particularly good for the reversible version.

Cuff fabric: Cotton/Lycra jersey or cotton/Lycra ribbing. This fabric is used for the leg cuffs and the semicircle pockets.

Fabric requirements: Yardage is for the semi-lined option. The fully lined/reversible option requires about double.

140 cm (55″) wide fabric: 50 – 170 cm (1/2 – 1 7/8 yd).

Sizing: Preemie/small newborn – 12 years. Please check the size chart.

Notions: A scrap of medium weight interfacing; snaps (or buttons) for the shoulder straps (2 snaps for baby sizes, 4 snaps for larger sizes) // Snap crotch: 7 – 17 snaps; additional small amount of medium weight interfacing (maximum 12 cm/5″).

PDF pattern includes: Instructions; A4/legal/letter print-at-home pattern (30 pages); A0 copy shop pattern (2 sheets); projector pattern. This pattern has layers so you can print just the sizes(s) you need.
