Buy the Pepa Blouse sewing pattern from Atelier Scämmit. The Pepa Blouse has a round neckline with a little V notch finished with a concealed binding or facing. It features a buttoned back, long sleeves finished with a gathered flounce, and a gathered peplum. It can be made with or without the sleeves and with or without the peplum.
