Buy the Flow Coat or Jacket sewing pattern from Atelier Scämmit. This uniquely comfortable, oversized, slightly round shaped coat or jacket has dropped shoulders and a tailored collar. The pattern includes three versions, all with pockets: a coat with a horizontal panel, a coat without the horizontal panel, and a jacket. 

This sewing pattern is available to buy in the following format:

– PAPER (next working day dispatch on orders and FREE UK delivery over £50). Note: All the pattern pieces overlap on a single sheet, so you will need to trace the pattern.

Suggested fabrics: Weight: medium to very heavy (320 – 500 gsm or 9 – 13 oz.) // Fabric: woven (woollen fabric, jacquard) // Stretch factor: 0 – 10% (0% elastane).

Fabric requirements: 

Coat: 140 cm (55″) wide fabric: Main, 210 – 260 cm (83″ – 102″) // Lining, 100 – 190 cm (39″ – 75″).

Jacket: 140 cm (55″) wide fabric: Main, 180 – 200 cm (71″ – 79″) // Lining, 70 – 120 cm (28″ – 47″).

Sizing: EU 34 – 48 / US 4 – 18 / UK 6 – 20. Please check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Synthetic lining (for sleeves), 60 cm (24″); medium fusible interfacing, 140 cm (55″) wide, 1 m (40″); 22 mm (0.9″) buttons, max. 5; form tape interfacing, max. 2 m (78″) // Optional: woollen jersey (for knitted wristbands), 35 cm x 35 cm (14″ x 14″).
