Trend Patterns TPC6 Pleated Front Trouser

Buy the TPC6 Pleated Front Trouser sewing pattern from Trend Patterns. The Pleated Front Trouser has been inspired by the current trend for oversized structured volume, and has a cropped leg length. This pattern is a versatile piece that can be dressed up or down – great worn with heels for the evening or just as comfortable with flats in the day.

The front is pleated into measurement with a slight angle to create the volume. A structured fabric will hold the shape perfectly. Side seam pockets make this trouser very practical. There are darts and a zip in the centre back to keep it clean and simple. Although this is a cropped trouser there are two lengths marked on the pattern.

Suggested fabrics: Medium weight wovens with a little structure. Denim or heavy cottons. Jacquard for an evening feel.

Fabric requirements: Based on size 22. 140 cm wide fabric: 230 cm // 120 cm wide fabric: 250 cm // Lining for pocket bag: 40 cm (optional but you will require more fabric if you don’t use lining).

Sizing: UK 6 – 22. Please check the size chart and finished garment measurements.

Notions: Concealed zip, 22 cm all sizes (finished length 20 cm); fusing.
