Perfect fit, but pattern runs large, maybe on purpose, so you can be comfy. It has 2 waist options. I am only 153 cm, so I went with the lower waist option, and it fits perfectly. I also chose to not make pockets, so I could cut the leg as one piece and eliminate a seam. Love the pattern and will make more PJs.
