Laurel (Top)

I made this Laurel top a couple of months ago and it is one that I keep reaching for, to wear to work or with jeans.

When I looked at the pattern, I wasn’t sure this would be anything special, but it seemed like a nice enough ‘basic’ style. However once I’d made it up, I loved everything about it and I definitely plan to make more very soon.

The instructions were great, there aren’t really many steps to making up the top so it would be a quick one to sew.

Less of a ‘basic’ top and more of a ‘staple’ – and easily customisable with different fabrics, collars, sleeve details etc.
