Butterick Misses’ Tops 6487

This is my second make from Butterick Pattern 6487. It is a T&T pattern for me. You can make a light weight cotton or challis version in an afternoon.This silk version took me 2 days to complete. I had to learn on the fly to manually make buttonholes because my sewing machine buttonhole foot couldn’t grip & grab the silk fabric. I somewhat “ganked up” my buttoholes . However, I don’t think non-sewists will even notice. I love the front neck gathers, I think it is a flattering and feminine look.
