Sew Reporter – 24 March

Happy Sunday! I hope you’ve had a chance to get some sewing done this weekend. There have been some amazing makes this week and we’re excited to share them all with you along with new vlogs, podcasts and lots of other good stuff.

If you’re looking for a bit of sewing inspiration then make sure you check out our sew the trends post  from yesterday, where we pair patterns with trends from the high street.

Everything in this photo makes us happy and extremely excited for warmer weather! Sylvia of The Ravel Out nailed it with her hacked Hemlock Tee pattern, which is a free pattern by Grainline Studio.

Bianca of Sleepless in Bavaria sewed up the Rachel Trousers by Athina Kakou and the Kate Blouse out of the “Work to Weekend” Ebook from Sew Over It. It’s a match made in heaven!

This is the ever so popular Myositis dress by Deer and Doe in a gorgeous silk, stitched up by Karen of Did You Make That? She’s looking fab!

Wow! This colourful dress from Tabitha Sewer is what rainbow dreams are made of! She added a belt bag and you can make your own following the tutorial on her blog!

Jasika aka Try Curious Blog is looking stunning in her vintage Butterick 3867 dress. This outfit is 100% handmade as she made her beautiful shoes too!

Megan Nielsen made this outfit using her own designs and it’s such a beautiful and summery outfit! It’s the Wattle skirt and River top pattern.

Another dress we just want swoosh around in! It’s the Maple dress from Cocowawa Crafts made by Kathy of Sew Dainty.

We will never ever say no to a jumpsuit! Pauline is looking absolutely fabulous in her Zadie jumpsuit!

This effortlessly chic look is created by Maritza who used the Breaking The Pattern book by Named to make this dreamy Solina dress.
