Selene Skirt

I’ve made up the Selene skirt in a 12oz denim – I am loving the combination of classic style, fun pocket detailing and comfort! This is a great pattern with (as expected from Colette) excellent instructions. Somehow, they make everything seem easy… this is a great pattern for a confident beginner wanting to learn a few new skills such as adding a lining, inserting a lapped zip and a hem vent. My body shape varies a lot from standard sizing – so this was a really satisfying make to be able to grade between sizes, then baste together to get the curves just right.
