Raglan dress – Trend patterns

This is a quick and easy make with the only fastening the tied neck. I would really recommend this pattern and think it would suit most people. Everything went together well.

I altered the dress by lengthening it to midi length and I did french seaming through out.  I also folded the necktie in half where it sat around my neck as the smaller width suited my shorter neck.  I made this decision when the dress was finished so, instead of unpicking, I simply folded the necktie in half and hand sewed it down onto the neckline. I left the tie the normal width where it hangs free.
