Giselle Dress

I totally love this dress, I love ruffles and I love the print! The instructions were fairly basic but I think this is fairly straightforward for an experienced sewist. The sizing was perfect with no adjustments (which could also be the benefit of a wrap dress!)

It may also take some time to work out the best placement of pattern pieces before you cut. Unlike a lot of pattern companies, there’s no ‘here’s several different ways of laying your pattern pieces on your fabric’ diagrams.

The biggest challenge I had was adding a lining (no idea how to do this but in my blog post I explained how my attempt worked out… ( http://www.frockingloulou.com/been-spending-most-my-life-living-in-a-ruffled-paradise/ )
