Buy the Dana Point Top sewing pattern from Itch to Stitch. Feel the sunshine in the Dana Point Top! This fully lined sleeveless top features a v-neck and button front, and the pleated waist and flared bottom are designed to accentuate your beautiful figure. There are options for A, B, C, D and DD cups, and bust darts for C, D and DD cups.

Suggested fabrics:

Primary fabric: Use lightweight woven fabric without stretch or with minimal stretch.

Lining: Use lightweight woven fabric without stretch or with minimal stretch. You can use the same fabric as the primary fabric.

Fabric requirements: 54″ (135 cm) wide fabric: Primary fabric, 7/8 – 1 3/8 yd (80 – 130 cm) // Lining, 7/8 – 1 3/8 yd (80 – 130 cm).

Sizing: US 00 – 20 (approx. UK 8 – 22). Please check the designer’s size chart and finished garment measurements.

A note from the designer about bust cup options: To determine your cup size, subtract the circumference of your over bust from the circumference of the fullest part of your bust. If the rounded difference is 1″ (2.5 cm), use A cup; 2″ (5 cm), use B cup; 3″ (7.5 cm), use C cup; 4″ (10 cm), use D cup; 5″ (12.5 cm), use DD cup.

Notions: 24″ (61 cm) of 3/8″ or 1/2″ (1 cm or 1.25 cm)-wide straight fusible stay tape (or you may cut your own using lightweight woven fusible interfacing on the straight grain); twelve 1″ (2.5 cm) squares of lightweight fusible woven or weft insertion interfacing; six 1/2″ (1.25 cm) buttons.

PDF pattern includes: Step-by-step illustrated instructions; US letter/A4 print-at-home pattern (39 pages, but you only need to print the pages for your cup size); A0 copy shop pattern (2 sheets) // Layers: Yes // Projector file: No.
